These Terms of Service govern your use of the asterisks gym management platform. By accessing or registering an account, you agree to these terms.

Account Registration

To use the platform, you must register a gym workspace and owner account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration info, and you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials.

Messaging Consent Clause

By registering and using the asterisks dashboard, the gym owner acknowledges, agrees, and warrants that their gym members will receive automated WhatsApp messages. The gym owner assumes sole responsibility for obtaining appropriate, verifiable consent from each member prior to adding them to the platform.

WhatsApp Business Policy Compliance

Gym owners must strictly comply with all Meta Platforms, Inc. developer policies, including the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Acceptable Use guidelines. Any use of the integration to send spam or unsolicited messages will result in immediate suspension of the messaging capability.

Free Access & Future Fees

The software is offered with a 3-month free trial — no credit card required. After the trial period, continued access is billed at ₹2,000 per year with all features included. We reserve the right to introduce additional premium add-ons in the future, with reasonable advance notice to all active users.

Limitation of Liability

asterisks is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service outages, loss of records, or third-party API disruptions (including Meta/WhatsApp network downtime).

Termination & Service Changes

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. We may modify or update platform features over time to improve performance or comply with security standards.
