Is my member data protected?

Can I import my existing member database?
Yes, we assist in importing your current member directory from Excel, CSV, or physical registers. Our customer success team handles the import for you free of charge.
What happens after the 60-day trial?
At the end of your 60 days, you can continue on our annual plan for ₹2,000/year. If you decide not to purchase, you can export all your member profiles, payment logs, and records to keep in Excel.
Can my staff use the system too?
Yes. You can configure staff roles with restricted access. Staff can register check-ins and payments, but sensitive settings and analytics remain locked to the owner dashboard.
What payment methods are supported for logging?
